Tired of navigating the same old urban sprawl? Learn to travel some new trails to uncluttered and remote fly fishing gold in our Intro to Backpacking Class. You'll learn the basics of hiking, trail navigation, wilderness orientation, and camping. For those who are interested, you’ll be treated to some spectacular scenery on an overnight trek (some necessary equipment will need to be provided by you). Come join the fun and learn the basics of backpacking, trail selection, and basic wilderness adventuring. Location:
Desolation Wilderness
This course includes one day of classroom instruction and a multi-day
field trip.
